Thinking about wisdom and what it really means.

How does Wisdom differ from Intelligence?

It’s not fact gathering, learned knowledge or experience.

Wisdom has moved past the struggle of learning and into a wellspring of inner knowing

Certainly looking into a face of an older, loving person, there is a whisper of beauty that was, and a knowing that life has been lived and felt fully experienced.

Yes there is a beauty in wisdom

Laughter is an Anti-Ageing formula

When we laugh, any stress we might be feeling leaves the face, relaxes the body and calms the mind.

We are transported into the present moment.

I have just delivered another wonderful order of Purestuf Natural Skincare Products to Solar Springs Health Retreat at Bundanoon in the Southern Highlands just south of Sydney ( www.solarsprings.com )

This is the wonderful place where I conceived the idea my skincare range over 10 years ago, to help my gorgeous husbands cracked lips (kissable lip balm was the first product created – click here for the full story – “the kiss”)

Our first order was delivered in July last year and the relationship between both businesses continues to grow in a wonderful win win environment

I am playing with Facebook and Twitter and doing regular blogs at a new blog website on many inspirational subjects including the latest information on skincare.

HEALTHY STUF – Antioxidants

Over the last few months I have been doing lots of reading about antioxidants and how important they are for our skin regeneration, its glow and the quality of the skins surface.

We often hear that eating foods that are rich in antioxidants is great for our health and anti aging; however did you know that natural organic skincare products like Purestuf have ingredients which can help with giving you even more antioxidants. Ingredients like vitamins E, C and D, green and white tea extracts are just some of the antioxidant rich ways to great health. HOW ABOUT YOU

Give yourself a home facial or do it with a friend and have a giggle together.

Get the Ingredients – for an avocado and honey mask – 1 ripe Avocado, 1 teaspoon clear honey and 1 teaspoon lemon juice. For the skin preparation you need a cleanser, a face oil and Purestuf Bliss Night cream.

Get a copy of the Purestuf Acupressure Face chart. (if you would like a PDF copy of this chart just email me)

Allow a couple of hour’s free time and put the phone on answer machine / message bank with the volume turned down

Set the scene with

relaxing music
candles
oils burning may be a mixture of Lavender and Clary Sage or your favourite blend
Casual clothes or a gown
Now you are all set.

Mix the avocado mask with listed ingredients, leave it in the fridge for half an hour before applying to your face.

While the mask is in the fridge cleanse off your makeup and all your concerns from the day. Instead of using a tissue to take off the cleanser, use a face cloth dipped in very hot water, wring out excess water and lay the cloth over your face.

This will feel nurturing and is a refreshing way to clean your skin. Now your face is ready for its treat.

With your favourite Purestuf face oil massage the oil onto your skin. Put the acupressure chart on your lap or in front of the mirror follow the numbers repeat 3 times.

Also if you are using a mirror try speaking out loud the skin affirmations from the last newsletter (http://www.purestuf.com.au/newsletter )

Now apply the mask and leave it for 10mins.

Wash off the mask and finish by applying bliss night cream or face oil to enrich and nourish your skin.

I can no longer wear shop bought perfume, as it is too over powering for me after working exclusively with essential oils for the last 8 years.

My nose and being have become extra sensitive to strong chemical smells, and so I have made my own oil perfume with Organic Jojoba oil and Organic Essential oils.
